The Material Plane

The Marterial Plane, or “mortal realm”, in Nathakra is the world inhabited by ordinary mortals and creatures. It is the realm where the majority of daily life and events take place. 

Physical Existence: It is a tangible reality, with solid landscapes, diverse environments, and living beings. It encompasses continents, oceans, mountains, forests, cities, and all other physical elements that make up the world. 

Mortal Populations: Mortals of different races, cultures, and civilizations reside in the mortal realm. They live out their lives, engage in social structures, pursue their ambitions, and face the challenges of mortality. Humans, elves, dwarves, and various other fantasy races populate this realm. 

Natural Laws and Magic: It operates under a set of natural laws, including physics, biology, and other observable principles. Magic also exists in this realm, and mortals may possess varying degrees of magical abilities and talents. 

Cities, Towns, and Villages: Settlements of various sizes dot the material plane, ranging from bustling metropolises to small hamlets. These places serve as centers of trade, culture, governance, and interaction among mortals. Each settlement may have its own unique characteristics, architecture, and societal structure. 

Landscapes and Environments: The material plane features diverse landscapes and environments, including lush forests, sprawling plains, majestic mountains, tranquil lakes, and treacherous deserts. These natural features shape the lives and livelihoods of the inhabitants. 

Mortal Interactions: Mortals engage in relationships, commerce, conflicts, and alliances within this mortal realm. Their interactions shape the course of history, politics, and social dynamics. They form communities, establish governments, wage wars, and forge alliances to pursue their individual and collective interests. 

Mortal Realms, Kingdoms and Nations: The material plane may be divided into different realms, kingdoms or nations, each with its own distinct culture, governance, and history. These kingdoms have their own rulers, laws, and societal norms, contributing to the overall diversity and complexity of the material plane.
