A Surprise from Nathakra…
I hadn’t planned on saying anything just yet.
But SURPRISE.
A Second Edition of Rise of the Last Paladin is coming.
Like Tolkien before me, I’ve taken the opportunity to revisit the foundations of Nathakra. Not to rewrite the heart of the story, but to refine it. There are threads being strengthened. A few seams being mended. Certain moments adjusted to better align with where the larger saga is headed.
You’ll find small retcons where they serve the greater vision. Expanded chapters where the world needed to breathe (even an entire NEW chapter). And seeds quietly planted for what’s coming next.
This new edition is nearly complete including a revised and better cover image.
It will release ahead of Book Two, which is also… very close.
The road through Nathakra was always meant to be long. Sometimes, before you press forward, you return to the beginning and make sure the first step was true. I learned a lot writing my first book and want to take the opportunity to correct mistakes and expand ideas.
Keep an eye out for Rise of the Last Paladin – Second Edition, there is much to come 🙂
